Halifax Breeding Ground

The Halifax breeding ground is located on the eastern seaboard of the Canadian territory. This is where the Dakota dragon Temeraire saw on the HMS William of Orange had just come from, and where Praecursoris was sent, after his captain, Jean-Paul Choiseul, was executed.
